These terms apply to your use of the QuickBurst iOS app ("the app"), operated by Diana Stoica. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

Use of the app

QuickBurst is a camera app for capturing photo bursts. You may use it for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for the photos you capture and for complying with local laws regarding photography and the privacy of others.

Your content

Photos you capture belong to you. They are stored on your device; we do not receive, host, or claim any rights to them.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Some features require a paid subscription (QuickBurst PRO), billed through your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Analytics

The app collects anonymized usage analytics as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost photos, data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Always keep backups of photos that matter to you.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms.
